Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from date of delivery.   

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be in like new, unused condition.  

PLEASE NOTE: The following are not refundable or returnable:

• Personalized items
• Specialized orders or designs
• Damaged or soiled items
• Sale items

Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued immediately to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.    

Original shipping costs are not refundable and will not be included in your total refund amount.
